Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Sureflow Automation LLC ("Sureflow," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized in the State of Colorado, United States, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our landing pages or submit one of our forms (the "Sites"). By using the Sites or submitting a form, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites or submit your information.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Sureflow Automation LLC is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us about any privacy matter at purvis@sureflowautomation.com.
2. Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a limited amount of technical data needed to operate the Sites.
Information you submit through our forms
- First name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business name and website (where requested)
- A description of your business and monthly revenue range
- The area of your business you want to automate, the workflow or bottleneck you describe, and the tools you currently use
- Whether you are the decision-maker and your investment readiness (where requested)
- A timestamped record of your consent and the page URL you submitted from, kept as proof that you agreed to this Policy and our Terms
Information collected automatically
Our Sites are intentionally lightweight, and we do not run third-party advertising pixels on these pages. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Sites — such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, and how far visitors get through our forms. Google processes this data on our behalf; you can learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Our hosting provider and the systems that receive your form submission may automatically log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your request for security, fraud prevention, and reliability. When you book a call, our calendar provider collects the information you enter to schedule that meeting.
3. How we use your information
- To review your application or inquiry and decide whether there is a fit
- To contact you about your inquiry, schedule a call, and follow up
- To provide, and where relevant scope and deliver, our services
- To send you the materials you requested
- To operate, secure, and improve the Sites
- To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms
4. The legal bases we rely on
Where the laws of your jurisdiction (such as the EU/UK GDPR) require a legal basis, we rely on:
- Consent — which you give when you check the consent box and submit a form. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Steps to enter a contract — to respond to your application and discuss working together.
- Legitimate interests — to run, secure, and improve our business, where not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation — to meet record-keeping and other legal requirements.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and only as needed to run our business, including:
- Our workflow automation system (n8n), which routes your submission into our records
- Google services (such as Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Analytics) used to store leads, schedule calls, and measure how the Sites are used
- Email and communication providers we use to contact you
- Our website hosting provider
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights, safety, and property or those of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy.
You arrive at our Sites from social platforms such as Instagram (Meta). Those platforms have their own privacy practices that we do not control.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the duration of our relationship and a reasonable period afterward to handle follow-up, legal, tax, and record-keeping needs — after which we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see your rights below).
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. We honor these rights for all users regardless of location, to the extent we reasonably can.
- Access / Know — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate information.
- Delete — ask us to delete your information.
- Portability — receive your information in a portable format.
- Opt out — of any sale, targeted advertising, or significant profiling (note: we do not engage in these).
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing.
- Non-discrimination — we will not treat you unfairly for exercising your rights.
Colorado residents: Under the Colorado Privacy Act you have the rights above, including the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of the EU, UK, and similar regions have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, email purvis@sureflowautomation.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response; we will inform you of the outcome and, where applicable, how to contact your state attorney general.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International users
We operate in the United States. If you access the Sites from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By submitting your information, you consent to this transfer.
10. Children's privacy
The Sites are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Cookies
We use the cookies and local storage strictly necessary for the Sites to function, plus Google Analytics cookies that help us understand how the Sites are used (for example, which pages are visited and where visitors stop in our forms). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on these pages. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on without affecting your use of the Sites. If our use of cookies changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be made clear on this page. Your continued use of the Sites after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
